MATTING HARDNER HY-5603
Introduction Hy-5603 is gma hardiner which is used in polyester/tgic system to get matt finish.The gloss range from 1％-60％. The coating using hy-563 has good outdoor durability Corrosion resistance and overbake yellowing resistance.

notes
1. twin screw extruder is recommended.Try to lower the extruder setting temperature.E.g.zone(1)80dec,zone(2)100dec.increase barrel speed(rpm) to get optimum mixing. 2. gloss level obtained may vary with different polyester resin using. gloss will increase when using more tgic,meanwhile,with increasing hy-5603 amount,gloss level will decrease. 3. with addition of 0.1-0.2％catalyst,it will make gloss level more consistence and improve the impact resistance. 4. try to control the baking condition tihtly,especially for those gloss level more than 10％ finishes. Package and Storage Packaging with PE lined paper bags,Net weight 25kg per bag.stored in dry and well vetilated place under temp 30℃ for 1 year.
